We use the 99.994% high purity lead ingot to make the cathode and anode grid by casting machines, Coating them with a mixture of unique acid and lead powder to get high quality lead plate, Then it will go through the process of curing and automatic wrap plate which is such a circulation, AGM separator (absorbent glass mat), negative plate, AGM separator, positive plate. AGM separators can absorb and save a significant amount of electrolyte, with even and consistent distribution in the battery. They also provide a larger surface area for the electrolyte and the plates' active materials to electrochemically react, enhancing battery performance. Welding and housing also play an important role to ensure the lifespan of battery.

All the batteries are equipped with exclusive electrolyte , different application directions will use different formulas to configure electrolyte to meet performance requirements, such as charge and discharge, float, storage, deep cycle and so forth.
