Hunan Fengri New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Hunan Fengri Power & Electric Co., Ltd. Founded in 2021, our company specializes in the production of lithium batteries. As a professional manufacturer of lithium-ion batteries, we adhere to international standards such as ISO/CE/UL1973/UN38.3/ROHS/IEC62133. Hubei Fengri Power Co., Ltd., established in 2009, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hunan Fengri Power & Electric Co.,Ltd, located at Chongyang Economic Development Zone in Hubei Province. It now covers an area of 22 acres and has a building area of about 38,000m2. It has 2 automatic production lines with an annual production capacity of 1.2 million kVAh. The registered capital of Hubei Fengri is 70.18 million yuan and has a total investment of 180 million Yuan. Its production scale is 1 billion yuan, and it creates profit and tax of 50 million yuan. The leading product of Hubei Fengri is lead-acid battery, which is widely applied in such fields as railway, mobile communication, civil aviation, ship, coal mines and electricity power.

Fengri Intelligent Technology (Hubei) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hubei Fengri Power Co., Ltd With a total investment of 52 million yuan and a construction area of 28,000 square meters, the company has a strict quality inspection system and has passed the certification of IS09001 quality system, ISO14001system and GB/T28001-2000 occupational health and safety management system. The effective operation of the quality system ensures the stability of product quality and reliability of after-sales service. The quality insurance and products have been undertaken by the people's Insurance Company of China. The company mainly produces control equipment, high and low voltage complete sets of equipment, DC power supply equipment, uninterrupt intelligent charging and discharging power supply, box type substation, etc., with an annual production capacity of 3000sets, and an output value of 100million yuan. Jiangxi Fengri Power Co., Ltd., established in March, 2012, is the wholly-owned subsidiaries invested and established by Hunan Fengri Power & Electric Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 1 billion Yuan. The project covers an area of 67 acres.It is located at No. 1, Fengri Avenue, the Industrial Park, Yuanzhou District and adjacent to No. 320 National Highway and Shanghai-Kunming Expressway, and it is 10km from Hangnanchang High-speed Railway Station and 8km from Mingyueshan Airport. So it embraces advantageous geographical location and convenient transportation.

Jiangxi Fengri Fuyue New Energy Co., Ltd., registered and established in June, 2003, is a professional electric vehicle company integrating research, development and manufacturing of complete electric vehicles, electric system and key components. At present, it is a member of Micro-electric Vehicle Association and participates in drafting relevant technical standards of the State. Relying on the advantages of battery and electric control technology of the company, it has been continuously researching and developing for more than ten years, and has obtained more than ten national patents, including two invention patents. At the same time, it has the great support of batteries and electronic control patented technologies from the Group. So far the company has several series of mature vehicle models, such as sightseeing bus, on-site transport vehicle, middle and low-speed scooter and anti-explosion vehicle (including anti-explosion transport vehicle, anti-explosion tractor and anti-explosion forklift) which are sold in markets throughout the country and exported to Europe and widely applied in the tourist attractions, large real estate companiers, industrial enterprises, enterprises and institutions with anti-explosion demands and travel of urban and rural residents. Jiangxi fengri Metallurgical Technology Co., Ltd. was established in march 2012 with a registered capital of 150 million Yuan and settled in Yuanzhou Pharmaceutical Industrial Park, Yichun City, Jiangxi Province. The company's annual recycling project of 100000 tons of waste lead-acid batteries covers an area of 12 acres, with a total construction area of 42180m²,and a total investment of 350 million Yuan. It was put into production in May 2020. Since its production, it has operated stably, with an annual output value of more than 1 billion Yuan and an annual tax payment of more than 100 million Yuan.
