Founded in 1982, Hunan Fengri Power Electron Co., Ltd. has been focusing on the energy sector for 41 years. It has eight subsidiaries in Hunan, Hubei, Jiangxi and other regions. It is one of the earliest domestic enterprises specializing in seal maintenance-free lead-acid batteries and power electrical equipment, with products such as lead-acid batteries, solid state lithium batteries, sodium-ion batteries, and power electrical equipments. It is a national high-tech enterprise, an enterprise with unique features and new technologies, and has led and participated in the formulation of 15 national industry standards. The company's products are widely used in China Mobile, China Telecom, China Tower, China Railway Corporation, CRRC, State Grid, Southern Power Grid and other key state-owned enterprises and institutions. Its products are distributed in dozens of countries and regions in Asia, Africa, Europe, and America. At the same time, it has established long-term cooperative relations with Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, Central South University, Hunan University, Northeast Normal University and other universities and colleges.




Now we are recruiting employees from society and schools as follows:

  • R&D Engineer (2 people): Responsible for leading edge technology research of lead-acid batteries, new product development, and product improvement optimization, including technical proposal design, drawing process design, new product trial production, with relevant working experience in battery R&D.


  • Process Engineer (2 people): Responsible for lead-acid battery process design and process optimization, compiling process documents, designing tooling molds, establishing work hour quotas, and solving technical problems in the production process.


  • Design Engineer (2 people): Responsible for the design of lead-acid batteries, sodium batteries, solid state lithium batteries products and product improvement, drawing product assembly diagrams, part diagrams, tooling diagrams, compiling technical documents such as material consumption quotas and inspection procedures, assisting new product development.


  • Electrical Engineer (2 people): Responsible for the primary and secondary circuit design, installation, commissioning of high and low voltage power distribution equipment or DC system, with practical working experience in electrical design, familiar with various high and low voltage electrical components, integrating talents.


  • Energy Engineering Engineer (2 people): Responsible for solution design of new energy storage system, familiar with relevant standards and safety specifications of the storage system, familiar with lithium batteries, sodium batteries, pack and BMS management systems, with relevant design experience in electric power storage.


  • Quality Planning Engineer (1 person): Responsible for quality management, quality inspection, and analysis control of the manufacturing process quality, responsible for new product process verification and QC work quality planning, organizing solutions to quality problems.


  • Pre-Sale After-Sale Technical Engineer (10 people): Responsible for technical consultation, site training, product installation, project acceptance work, establish customer information files, regular site visits.


  • Business Manager (5 people): Responsible for communication and management of project items related to company platform and internal foreign trade business departments, development of foreign trade market, assisting leaders in docking major company projects.


  • Administrative Director (1 person): Responsible for overall planning of the company, supervision and implementation of human resources management and administrative management work, asset management of the company's fixed assets, responsible for standardization and proceduralization of company assets and logistics management system.


Requirements for the above positions:


  • Education: College degree or above;


  • Major: Educational background in fields such as electrochemistry, chemistry, applied chemistry, materials science, electronic information, quality management and process management, administrative management and human resources management; New graduates should study for 3-6 months;
